Donna Shomo-Ligon, 70, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on March 30, 2018. Donna was born in Long Branch, NJ to George and Inice Shomo. She was a life time resident of Tinton Falls with a short stay in McLeansville, NC. She retired as Item Manager after many years as a Civil Servant at Fort Monmouth/CECOM. She was an active member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Red Bank, NJ. Donna is predeceased by her parents and her brother Brian Shomo. She is survived by her three sons: Patrick Shomo and his wife Donee, Kala Ligon and Kanin Ligon and his wife Mahogany; her cherished grandchildren: Essence Shomo, Taj Shomo, Brandon Ligon, Myles Ligon and Layla Ligon. She is also survived by her supportive siblings: George Shomo, Jr, Inice Hennessy, Keith Shomo, Kevin Shomo, Robert Shomo and a list of adored nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
